Alberto Elli is a leader in the startup ecosystem with extensive global experience in strategic and operational roles. As CEO at Taza Aya, he set go-to-market strategy, deploying $1.5M funding, for the company’s worker-wearable technology designed for pathogen protection. Previously, as CEO of Aquaro Histology Inc., he secured $10M in venture capital and led product and sales development. His leadership extends across innovative startups like TadaNow, a digital twin platform for supply chains, and Mark One 3D printing.

Alberto’s career is marked by extensive M&A expertise, having executed over 30 sizable transactions across pharmaceutical (Schering-Plough, now Merck) and paint manufacturing (Sherwin-Williams). In these roles, he led strategic acquisitions ranging from $5M to $500M, driving company growth and expanding market presence.

Additionally, Alberto is a Michigan Certified Personal Career Coach, working with Synko Associates for the past three years, where he supports professionals through career transitions and growth. Relocating from Italy to the U.S. in 1999, he brings an international perspective to his roles, reinforced by a solid foundation in P&L management, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
